OUR STORY

Latin Groove Dance Academy was established in March 2017 when Javier Martinez, owner, acquired the formerly Bayonne Professional School. Javier added Latin dances (Salsa, Cha-Cha and Bachata) to an already impressive variety of dance styles offered at the studio. This addition makes Latin Groove Dance Academy the only studio in Bayonne to offer Latin dances for kids, teens and adults. At Latin Groove Dance Academy, we pride ourselves in creating a very welcoming, healthy, non-competitive, encouraging and fun environment that promotes development and high self-esteem. Our students work passionately during the year to showcase what they have learned in our annual winter and summer recitals in front of their friends and family.
